     徐瑾劼毕业于华东师范大学教育学部,2011年获教育学博士学位。毕业后,一直从事上海PISA项目的博士后研究工作,合作导师张民选教授。2013年正式加入上海师范大学国际与比较教育研究院。

她与海外知名国际组织、国际教育智库保持着紧密的合作研究关系。2012-2016年,受UNESCO委托作为中国上海项目召集人,先后承担了3轮有关“学生可迁移能力在亚太地区国家教育政策和实践中整合”的合作研究并撰写案例报告收录于UENSCO公开出版的项目报告中;2011-至今,她仍作为亚洲协会全球城市教育联盟(GCEN)中国上海地区的主要联络人负责项目协调和跟进;2014-至今,她作为TALIS项目中国上海地区海外联络官与OECD保持了相当紧密的合作关系并与OECD技术合作方达成了多项合作研究项目,包括与德国国际教育研究所(DIPF)和国际教育评价成就协会(IEA)。

5年来,她作为上海TALISTALIS教师课堂教学视频研究项目的主要完成人之一,在CSSCI来源期刊发表了6篇有关PISATALIS主题的高质量学术论文,用实证研究的方法推广上海基础教育经验;

海外发表方面,她作为主要执笔人,撰写了下列报告并在海外公开出版

  • UNESCO组织发起的“可迁移能力在亚太地区教育政策与实践中整合”系列项目的中国上海报告(政策篇、实践篇和教师篇)并收录于UNESCO公开出版的项目报告中;

  • 《卓越的教师,优秀的学生和成功的学校——上海地区个案》文章,并收录于Springer出版的“Education Policy Innovations: Leveling up and Sustaining Achievement”;

  • Developing Shanghais Teacher”并在海外公开出版;

  • 《上海老年大学发展的案例报告》并收录于UNESCO终身学习理事会出版的《终身学习政策和策略系列丛书第三部》

  

  

  

Dr.Xu graduated from East China Normal University and obtained Ph.D. in 2011. From 2011-2013, she worked for post-doctor program with Prof. Zhang Minxuan in Shanghai PISA Center. After 2013, she joined Center for International and Comparative Education, Shanghai Normal University.

  • Strong Foreign networks background. She kept long and strong partnership

with world famous international organizations and overseas education think tanks. 2012-2016, designated by UNESCO, she started to be one team member in Asia Pacific ERI-NET on behalf of Shanghai to undertake a series of research programs on “integrating transversal skills in policies and practices in Asia-Pacific Countries and Regions”. From 2011 till now, as main organizer in Shanghai, recommended by Prof. Zhang Minxuan, she became one of standing representatives in Global City Education Network(GCEN) established by Asia Society to take charge of coordination works. Since 2014, as being overseas pubic relation manager for TALIS in Shanghai, she kept a very closer relationship with OECD and its technical support organizations including conducting collaborative research projects with DIPF and IErA.

  • Academic Publish. In recent 5 years, as one of major accomplisher in Shanghai PISA and TALIS program, she published more than 5 papers in high quality academic journals in China. Those works promote Shanghai’s experience in basic education from evidence-based perspective. In addition, she also wrote lots of reports in English and published abroad as follows;
