张华峰，清华大学教育学博士，现任上海师范大学国际与比较教育研究院副教授，联合国教科文组织教师教育中心研究人员，负责智库建设等工作。主要研究方向为学生学习与人才培养、高等教育对外开放、国际视野的中国教育发展。
在上述领域，张博士主持了多项国家级、省部级、国际合作科研项目，承担上海市重点课程建设，在《教育研究》等国内外期刊发表多篇学术论文，多次参与国家和上海市的高等教育对外开放政策制定和政策咨询工作。

Huafeng Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Education from Tsinghua University. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Research Institute for International and Comparative Education, Shanghai Normal University, and a Research Fellow at the UNESCO Teacher Education Centre. His research spans student learning and talent cultivation, the internationalization of higher education, and Chinese education development from a global perspective.
Within these fields, Dr. Zhang has served as principal investigator on nationally and internationally funded research projects. He has published papers in domestic and international journals, and has contributed to the formulation of—and provided policy advice on—national and Shanghai municipal policies concerning the internationalization of higher education.
