朱小虎，华东师范大学心理学硕士，比较教育学博士，上海师范大学国际与比较教育研究院研究人员。研究兴趣包括学生能力评估、测验和问卷设计以及金融素养教育。在相关领域发表论文10余篇，领导和参与多项研究项目。朱小虎博士主要专注于国际大型教育调查，并在长期实践中积累了大量经验。作为数据管理者，他于2007年至2014年参与了两个周期的上海国际学生评估项目（PISA），并致力于教师教学国际调查（TALIS）的实施和研究。上海PISA和TALIS的结果引起了世界范围内极大的反响，他本人也受邀到日本、韩国、墨西哥和捷克共和国等国家进行学术交流。
XiaohuZHU received his master's degree in psychology in 2007 and doctorate degree in comparative education in 2016 from East China Normal University. He is a researcher at the Institute for International and Comparative Education, Shanghai Normal University. His research interests includes student competency assessment, test and questionnaire design and financial literacy education. He has published more than 10 papers in the related areas and led or participated in several research projects.
Dr. Zhu Xiaohu's mainly work includes the implementation of the international large-scale education survey, and he is very experienced in this area. As the data manager, he engaged two cycles of Shanghai Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) from 2007 to 2014, then he start to work for the implementation and research in Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS). The results of Shanghai PISA and TALIS have aroused great repercussions and he was invited to many countries such as Japan, South Korea, Mexico, and the Czech Republic for academic exchange.
